Once development has been completed, it is important that all areas are
thoroughly tested. Initially, system and functionality testing are carried
out to ensure that the product generates the expected results in a stable
and predictable manner. From there, end-user testing will be carried out
to make sure that the product meets the users
needs and expectations. The results of the testing will be documented and
any changes that may be required can be discussed and implemented where
necessary. If changes are made, it is logical that further testing and
reviewing be carried out.
If you would like us
to train the end-users on the use of the product and how to get the best
out of it, we would be only too happy to supply a trainer to run the
course, or to provide a train the trainer session. Of course, full
documentation will be made and delivered prior to the implementation of
the product.
The product will then be implemented with
our representatives on-site throughout the process if you feel that it is
necessary. After a successful implementation you may wish to avail of one of
